No! The supercounters will always be free for everyone!

Can anyone get a free counter?

Yes. You may use your free counter for your personal and small business sites. However, we can't accept sites with the following themes: pornography, gambling, hate speech, illegal content, etc.

I want to check my website statistics. How do I do this?

You can check your detailed website statistics at anytime by access following url: http://www.supercounters.com/stats.php?id=YOUR ID HERE

Is the counter good for heavy traffic?

No. Our counters are good for most personal and small business websites. If your site has VERY HEAVY traffic, you're better off using dedicated statistic programs from your web hosting provider.

My counter is showing the same number all the time!

If your supercounters always displays the same number, the code might be corrupt due to changes you might have made to your page using your HTML editor, such as Netscape Composer. Please get a fresh copy of the supercounters HTML code and then reinsert it on your page.

Does the supercounters count my own visits to my site?

The supercounters measures how many times the supercounters HTML code has loaded on your page. This means the counter will register your own hits as well.

What if my site has multiple pages and I want to know how many hits each page receives?

You will need to register separate accounts for each page. Don't worry, you can get as many counters as you want for free.

Can I use supercounters in e-mails?

ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!! Your account will also be flagged for deletion if you try to display the counter in email messages. This is to prevent spammers from abusing our counters in their spam messages.
